In the BladeCrawl project, I worked as a background artist, responsible for designing and creating the game’s high-quality, atmospheric pixel-art background. Through careful use of colors, lighting, and detailed elements, I enhanced the game's immersion and ensured the scene aligned with the overall visual style.
During the design process, I collaborated closely with the team to ensure that the background not only complemented the core gameplay but also maintained a clear visual hierarchy with characters and foreground elements. Additionally, I contributed to supporting tasks, such as optimizing art assets, refining visual details, and providing creative input to help streamline the development process.
